From previous years, I don’t think the sale dates get announced until the new year, and even then so, it’s usually not on the official website but rather on the Singapore Retailers Association website first.
It’s usually held around June / July every year, so all i can suggest is keep checking back for any new information.

Unfortunately, the dates for 2020 will be a fair way off from being confirmed – likely this time next year. Also, this year’s event is going to be shorter than last, so who knows if they keep with the shortened format or revert back to the longer period.
It was only just last week when I was able to find dates for this year, and that was on the Singapore Retailers Association website – the main Singapore tourist website, along with the official Great Singapore Sale website, still shows details for 2018.
