Army Museum of Singapore – Address & Opening Hours, Jurong West

The Army Museum of Singapore pays tribute to the many men and women in the service; the veterans, NSmen, NSFs and their families. The Army Museum of Singapore is located right outside the SAFTI Military Institute Compound. A walk through the galleries displays medals from former service men as well as personal memorabilia. Look out for the mock-up of a 1970s trainee bunk that takes you back in time to the way that the men lived during their time in service.

Take a guided tour of the museum on your next visit, as the dedicated guides will walk you through the galleries with the tour taking around 60 minute to complete. It is best to book up to 7 days in advance to avoid disappointment, as the tours do fill up quickly.

The Army Museum of Singapore is open every day between 10 am and 6pm with the exception of Mondays and public holidays. Admission is free for all citizens and permanent residents. The admission fees for foreign visitors are outlined below.

Other amenities at the museum include a kids zone that is inspired by the Standard Obstacle Course that you would find in the army, and is suitable for kids of all ages. There is also ample car parking (free of charge) at Singapore Discovery Centre carpark, or your can take the MRT on the East/West Line and alight at Joo Koon station.
