The Pinnacle @ Duxton

The Pinnacle @ Duxton is a residential development located in Singapore’s city centre in close proximity to the business district. One of the most stunning features of this development is its iconic sky gardens on the 25th and 50th floors.

The gardens are, in fact, the world’s longest sky gardens and span for 500 metres creating beautiful spaces. The development’s design has earned it many awards, in part due to its unique structure that connects all the seven towers, making this the tallest residential buildings across the world. Needless to say, many visitors touring Singapore are awed by the sheer grandiosity of this landmark.

The residential units present on location are categorised into two: S1 and S2 with a total of 35 variations. This provides unique combinations for the different units so that there are varied combinations with features such as expansive balconies, planter areas and large bay windows.

Additionally, this development boasts of a viewing gallery located on the 52nd floor. This gallery has sweeping views of the city’s skyline, and provides a perfect setting for state visitors and special functions. This has especially played a key role in the island’s annual celebrations on National Day. The sky gardens are also a popular attraction, so it comes as no surprise that they provide a splendid viewing location for the fireworks display on National Day.

The site on which the towers are located is significant because it marks the location of the oldest building put up by the Housing and Development Board (HDB) of Singapore. Then known as the Duxton Plain, the development was initiated afresh in honour of the significance of the former blocks.

For residents, the interconnection of the seven towers at the 26th and 50th floors with the use of sky bridges provides an array of amenities including the gardens and a jogging track. Additional facilities provided include a daycare centre, basement parking, sports facilities as well as food centre.

The 50th storey skybridge is open to the public from 9am to 9pm daily, except during special events.
