The Parkview Museum is one of Singapore’s newest contemporary art museums.

Located in Parkview Square, an area fondly known as Gotham City, the museum is a cultural gem housed in a beautiful old art deco building.

Entrance is free of charge, but the private exhibitions always showcase a breathtaking collection of contemporary art. Be sure to check out the latest exhibits during your trip to Singapore; this is one museum you’re not going to want to miss.

The exhibits feature both local and international talent, so this may be a good chance for you to discover your next favourite artist.

Aside from housing terrific art collections, the museum also hosts art workshops and tours. Some of the recent workshops include Modern Calligraphy, and I Can Only Draw Stick Figures; there is a fee to join the workshops, but these include all the materials you need.

The complimentary guided tours held every Saturday at 3pm are highly recommended; these are led by trained volunteers and the friendly museum team who take you on an interactive tour to learn more about the exhibits.

The Parkview Museum is open from Monday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm. It’s located at Level 3, Parkview Square at 600 North Bridge Road in Singapore.
