The reservoir park is equipped with undulating terrain and a 1.3-kilometre track which has become a popular trail for fitness enthusiasts looking to jog or a scenic stroll.

Many come to enjoy a few hours of fishing here, as the reservoir is abundant with tilapias and snakeheads swimming about.

Benches are provided right around the reservoir where you can take in the views while munching on snacks and refreshments, while children can frolic in the water play area.

The venue is also popular with kayaking and dragon-boating, with kayak rental available on site.

It provides an alternative way of sightseeing in Singapore, far away from the concrete jungle, where instead you’re surrounded by the lush greens and the sounds of nature.

Kids and adults are encouraged to take the Active, Beautiful and Clean (ABC) Waters Learning Trail to find out more about this area.

Other facilities found here include a fishing deck, performance stage, fitness corner, Heritage Bridge, bioswale rain garden, shelters and restrooms.

Lower Seletar Reservoir is accessible by taking Yishun Avenue 1. Water sports activities are closed on Mondays and public holidays, and park lighting hours are from 7pm to 7am.
