What started as a small indi music event in the laneways of Melbourne, Australia, St Jerome’s Laneway Festival has now become one of the most loved music festivals in Singapore.
The Laneway Festival started in Melbourne in 2004 and has now expanded to include shows in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Fremantle, Auckland, Singapore and Detroit.

With a focus on community and a love of good music, the Singapore event will be bigger than ever in 2018. In previous years, a number of artists were involved including: Chet Faker, Sam Rui, Tourist, Aurora, Floating Points, Luca Brasi, Mick Jenkins plus so many more.
St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival will be held at Meadow at Gardens by the Bay which has a magnificent backdrop of the famous Marina Bay Sands hotel. All people above the age of 6 years are permitted to attend, however children must be accompanied by an adult.
Gates open at 10am and there is no re-entry after exit. You not permitted to bring food or drinks into the event however there will be plenty of food and drink stalls inside the event where you can purchase lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day. You can bring unsealed empty plastic water bottles (no glass) into the event. Chairs and umbrellas are also not permitted, however you are welcome to bring a picnic mat.
Make sure to bring plenty of cash, as there are no ATM’s located on site. You can get to the Meadow by taking the MRT via the Circle Line or the Downtown Line. Alight at Bayfront Station, take Exit B and walk through the underground tunnel to Meadow Bridge.
